On October 14-15, 2014 ten staff members of Teach For America were certified in ChangeBuilders®.  They are now prepared to teach and coach others in the organization as significant changes in structure, systems, staffing and culture are taking place.

These accomplished professionals learned the ChangeBuilders® model for managing change, applied it to specific scenarios from their workplace, and then taught each other what they had learned to prepare for workshops and coaching in their respective regions.
