Intrinsic Leadership is a one-to-one consultation using several assessment systems during which an executive or entrepreneurial leader explores her/his strengths, work style, and family of origin dynamics in order to develop optimum insight about her/his leadership behaviors. This insight is applied in coaching sessions in order to optimize the leader’s effectiveness.
